Making a claim

It is important that you advise us of your claim as soon as possible. Delays could prejudice your claim. You must also;

  • Take all reasonable steps to prevent any further loss

  • In the case of a burglary / theft / malicious damage, the incident should be reported to the police

  • In the case of a liability claim - do not admit liability
